How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your email address or Google account. Open the app and tap "Sign Up" to get started.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app settings. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions

Can I use Nuerba offline?

Some features require an internet connection, including syncing your progress and accessing new content. Previously downloaded content may be available offline.

What languages are supported?

Nuerba supports learning multiple languages through music. The app interface is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and more.

How does the karaoke feature work?

Search for a song, and Nuerba will fetch the lyrics and audio. You can then practice along with the music while viewing synchronized lyrics and translations.

How do flashcards work?

When you encounter new words, you can save them as flashcards. Nuerba uses spaced repetition (FSRS algorithm) to optimize your review schedule for long-term retention.
